• Scheduling: Appointments for consultations must be scheduled in advance. Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointments, and any missed appointments may not be rescheduled without prior notice.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all interactions with our staff and other clients. Any form of harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
